This year’s cause
$100,000 of the funds raised in 2025 will support Care As One, Canada’s first residential respite centre for dementia care. This groundbreaking initiative provides a safe, professionally- supported environment for people living with dementia, while offering caregivers a much-needed break.
Funds raised at Champagne & Tacos will help bring Care As One, a visionary project of CIBPA Place, to life. CIBPA Place is a not-for-profit initiative supporting wellness and quality of life for aging and at-risk members of the Italian Canadian community.

Cause & Affect is a grassroots volunteer-led initiative that hosts events to raise funds for under-resourced, community-based organizations doing essential work in health, housing and mental well-being.
